What is Colloidal Silver?

COLLOIDAL SILVER is the result of an electro-magnetic process that pulls extremely fine, sub-microscopic particles from a pure sliver electrode into a liquid, such as pure distilled water.

The word "colloidal" refers to the condition where, in this case, these solid, ultra-fine particles are suspended In the liquid (silver in water). The solid particles are too large to be considered dissolved, but are too small to be filtered out.

These particles are typically 0.01 to 0.001 of a micron in diameter, or about four hundred thousandths to four millionths of an inch. About one billion of these silver atoms could fit into a cube four one hundred thousandths of an inch in size!

The word 'ionic" refers to a condition where a particle has an electric charge. In the case of "electro-colloidal" silver, this electric charge is always positive. Silver will not form a negatively charged ion. So, the truth is that electro-colloidal silver is both colloidal and ionic.
