Karina taught us why we eat and differentiate between real hunger and emotional hunger. Her one on one sessions has revealed and healed a lot of my issues. Still working on them.
This is not a diet but a way to train you mind to eat when you are hungry and stop when you are full. Karina’s classes are a lot of fun and the support in the group is great.
