I took part in Karina’s weigh loss workshop. It turned out that a lot of my issues around my weight was hugely emotional issues I wasn’t aware of.
The workshop has had a huge impact on my self-esteem and self-confidence and identifying reasons behind my eating – differentiating between emotional eating and actually eating because I’m hungry.
I have lost 4kg, but more importantly, my self-esteem is a lot higher.
I feel motivated and a lot more self disciplined.
